What is Bankruptcy Control?
Bankruptcy Control is a web based software application which automates the servicing of bankrupt accounts.

What will it do for my company?
The application is designed to automate much of the file set up, document processing, payment monitoring, and managing of staff and counsel. Robust reporting tolls give the user whatever information is needed by all.

How does it work with my servicing system?
Data necessary to service bankrupt accounts (e.g. contract, payment, etc.) is downloaded to a secure FTP site and uploaded into Bankruptcy Control nightly.

Can I use Bankruptcy Control without the download interface?
Cases may be entered into the application with little effort and many labor saving tools and algorithms (tables, calculations, valuations, etc.) help save time and errors.

What is the pricing structure?
If the user wants to license the application as an ASP (we provide server, maintenance and internet portal) we will quote monthly license fees on a per case basis or a flat fee based upon volume ranges.
If the user wants to license the application for use on its server, we will quote a license fee and monthly support fee.
